1. The Basics

A good cover letter is short, concise and precise. In addition, it is well structured so that the reader can easily follow. The supreme discipline is to show personality within a given framework and thus to stay in the memory of the HR manager. Convincing the text is less by indiscriminate details, but by specifically built-in details that run like a thread through the application. These details may have to do with personal motivation or special skills, but there are no specific requirements.

Important: class instead of mass. To be successful with a cover letter, you should re-make it for each individual application. Anyone who has details about the company, the advertised job or the field of activity in the text shows that he has dealt with his desired employer and his future role. With copy and paste, on the other hand, you will not get an individual, successful application letter.

Spelling and grammar should be applied correctly. No matter how convincing the CV is, negligence mistakes in the form disqualify even the greatest talent. The reason is as simple as understandable. Personnel transfer formal negligence to the applicant: Who sends sluddy applications does not work carefully.
